About the position

The Associate, Integration/Test Engineering position at L3Harris Technologies involves supporting the Lead Integration & Test Engineer in generating integration plans, procedures, and troubleshooting test failures. The role focuses on the integration and testing of radar and electronic warfare systems, requiring collaboration with various engineering teams and the completion of specific test configurations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support the overall process for how subassemblies get integrated and tested into an entire system.
• Complete specific test configuration details and develop test procedures.
• Implement and checkout of STE, test sets, and test set software.
• Evaluate analysis tools and support the Lead Test Engineer & System Test Architect in generating test plans and reports.
• Perform integration and test activities for radar and electronic warfare systems.
• Identify risks and opportunities for specific test activities.
• Oversee and assist in the installation of repaired equipment in various settings.
• Consult with Field and other engineers to plan equipment layout and resolve operational issues.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills in a collaborative team environment.
• Effective electronics and RF hardware troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with Boundary Scan, LabVIEW, MATLAB, and other tools for instrument control.
• Experience with OSHA requirements and ESD best practices.
• Professional background in RF or Digital engineering.

Nice-to-haves
