About the position

The Associate Inventory Manager at Trulieve plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of the store's inventory management processes. This position is responsible for assisting the General Manager in maintaining 100% accuracy of inventory, overseeing the preparation and processing of product and patient transfers on a daily basis. The Associate Inventory Manager will make recommendations regarding product overages and shortages, ensuring that inventory is maintained in compliance with state regulations. This role also involves analyzing and resolving any inventory issues that may arise, and all work must be completed in accordance with company policies and procedures. In this position, the Associate Inventory Manager will be tasked with recording inventory, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accuracy throughout all phases of production. Key duties include monitoring warehouse transactions such as shipping, receiving, and transfers, performing cycle counts, conducting inventory audits, and logging receipts and documentation to ensure accurate inventory accounts. The Associate Inventory Manager will also assist in scheduling inventory and compliance personnel, perform system adjustments, and collect and file required paperwork to ensure state compliance. Maintaining confidentiality in compliance with regulatory standards and HIPAA guidelines is essential in this role. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with various levels of management and staff. This position requires a high level of organization, professionalism, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities

  • Assist the General Manager in maintaining 100% accuracy of the store's inventory.
  • Oversee the preparation and processing of product and patient transfers daily.
  • Make transfer recommendations for product overages and shortages.
  • Maintain inventory in compliance with state regulations.
  • Analyze and resolve any inventory issues that may arise.
  • Perform inventory recording, compliance, and accuracy in all phases of production.
  • Monitor warehouse transactions including shipping, receiving, and transfers.
  • Ensure inventory records are always accurate.
  • Perform cycle counts daily, weekly, or monthly as needed.
  • Conduct inventory audits with the General Manager as needed.
  • Follow written audit programs and physical inventory to ensure integrity of company records.
  • Log receipts and documentation to ensure accurate inventory accounts.
  • Assist in scheduling of inventory and compliance personnel as required.
  • Perform system adjustments and conduct analysis of root causes for adjustments.
  • Collect, audit, and file required paperwork to ensure state compliance.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in compliance with regulatory compliance and HIPAA guidelines.

Requirements

  • High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff.
  • Ability to understand and follow written/oral instructions.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient with basic computer programs, such as Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
  • Well organized with good management and leadership skills.
  • Possess communication, problem-solving, and arithmetic skills.
  • Valid driver's license and a clear driving record.
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background record check and drug screening.
