The Associate Inventory Manager at Trulieve plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of the store's inventory management processes. This position is integral to the operations of the retail department, where the Associate Inventory Manager assists the General Manager in maintaining 100% accuracy of the store's inventory. The role involves overseeing the preparation and processing of product and patient transfers on a daily basis, making transfer recommendations for product overages and shortages, and ensuring that inventory is maintained in compliance with state regulations. The Associate Inventory Manager is also responsible for implementing the company's policies and operating procedures related to inventory controls. In this position, the Associate Inventory Manager will analyze and resolve any inventory issues that may arise, ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with company policies and procedures. The role requires a keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the integrity of inventory records. The Associate Inventory Manager will be involved in various inventory-related tasks, including monitoring warehouse transactions, performing cycle counts, conducting inventory audits, and logging receipts and documentation to ensure accurate inventory accounts. Additionally, the Associate Inventory Manager will assist in scheduling inventory and compliance personnel as required, perform system adjustments, and participate in root cause analysis for any discrepancies. This position also requires maintaining strict confidentiality in compliance with regulatory compliance and HIPAA guidelines, reflecting Trulieve's commitment to providing compassionate care to its patients.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the General Manager in achieving 100% accuracy of the store's inventory.
  • Oversee the preparation and processing of product and patient transfers daily.
  • Make transfer recommendations for product overages and shortages.
  • Maintain inventory in compliance with state regulations.
  • Assist in the implementation of company policies and operating procedures on inventory controls.
  • Analyze and resolve any inventory issues that may arise.
  • Perform inventory recording, compliance, and accuracy in all phases of production.
  • Monitor warehouse transactions including shipping, receiving, and transfers.
  • Ensure inventory records are always accurate.
  • Perform cycle counts daily, weekly, or monthly as needed.
  • Conduct inventory audits with the General Manager as required.
  • Follow written audit programs and physical inventory to ensure integrity of company records.
  • Log receipts and documentation to ensure accurate inventory accounts.
  • Assist in scheduling of inventory and compliance personnel as required.
  • Perform system adjustments and conduct analysis of root causes for adjustments.
  • Collect, audit, and file required paperwork to ensure state compliance.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in compliance with regulatory compliance and HIPAA guidelines.

Requirements

  • Experience in inventory management or a related field.
