Responsibilities

  • Help in setting up new hardware/software and access for new hires in a 100% remote workforce environment
  • Effectively challenge current processes and develop novel approaches
  • Determine project deadlines and objectives with management
  • Provide support of complex applications and special projects within NeuraFlash
  • Develop solutions to complex problems requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors across multiple platforms
  • Implement projects in support of internal corporate infrastructure
  • Support and train users on hardware systems and software applications
  • Advise and make recommendations on equipment and software application purchases
  • Provide statistics for measuring technical services

Requirements

  • 1+ years of IT experience
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Attentiveness to detail and initiative
  • Customer service excellence with a positive attitude towards solving IT problems
  • Understanding of MacOS and Macbook devices, Google Workspace (G-Suite), Atlassian Product Stack and Google Cloud Platform
  • Experience with Mosyle MDM
  • Ability to deal effectively with a wide range of vendors and service providers
  • Awesome verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is ideal but not required
