As a Part Time Associate IT Client Support Specialist with Parallon, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support for basic incident resolution and requests reported to the IT Service Desk for all HCA Organizations. This position is part of a 24/7 contact center, which means you will be expected to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Your primary responsibilities will include the initial assessment, triage, research, and resolution of basic incidents and requests related to the use of application software products and infrastructure components. You will be part of a dedicated team that is committed to delivering exceptional service to our end users, ensuring that their technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. In this role, you will provide technical support to end users, which involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing end user systems. You will collect information through constructive customer conversations to understand their issues better and access all available support tools and staff to resolve these issues. Your ability to communicate effectively and empathize with users will be essential in providing a positive support experience.
