Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of project tasks and activities.
  • Support the development of project plans including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed as scheduled.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and action items.
  • Communicate project updates to stakeholders and team members.
  • Assist in preparing presentations for project reviews and status meetings.
  • Provide general administrative support to the project management team.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and organizing project-related documentation.
  • Contribute to the evaluation and improvement of project management processes and methodologies.
  • Assist in implementing project management best practices and tools.
  • Support the resolution of project issues, risks, actions, and key decisions. Escalate as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field OR equivalent experience.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Planview (Clarizen), Jira) is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced setting.

Nice-to-haves

  • Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
