About the position

The Associate IT Support Technician role at InGenesis involves providing technical support and analysis for business processes and management problems, focusing on system and customer-department requirements. The technician will work directly with customers to resolve various hardware and software issues, ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in resolving hardware, software, integration, and operating system-level problems in desktop, mobile computing, and network environments.
  • Identify problems, apply optimum solutions, and communicate the resolution.
  • Own assigned issues and maintain accurate incident tracking information.
  • Escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
