Responsibilities

• Support fundraising activities associated with in-stadium events, including the 50/50 raffle and retail operations.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of fundraising events such as the Blue Diamond Gala and LADF Run.
• Manage donor relations activities, including database management and sponsor recaps.
• Contribute to online fundraising campaigns by managing digital platforms and supporting donor outreach efforts.
• Assist with general operations functions including finance, legal, human resources, and IT.
• Support marketing and communications efforts, including social media strategies and content creation.
• Aid in data collection and analysis for program evaluation and impact reporting.
• Assist with grant administration and support grantee initiatives.
• Monitor and support Dodgers Dreamfields projects and events.
• Implement and promote in-stadium fundraising activities during Dodger home games.
