About the position

The Ads co-marketing team for DoorDash works with our most-valued restaurant and new vertical US partners – across CPG, Grocery, Retail, etc. – to create integrated co-marketing campaigns that drive orders, new customers and awareness for our partners’ delivery businesses and for DoorDash. Our North Star is to be the most trusted and sought after co-marketing partner for brands by creating groundbreaking marketing that delivers value to our audiences, drives results and puts DoorDash and its partners at the center of culture. We're looking for an experienced Associate Manager to lead the development and execution of highly engaging, innovative CPG co-marketing programs that fuel our growth. In this role, you’ll create and execute integrated marketing programs and campaigns built against both our CPG partners goals and DoorDash’s goals. You will work closely with cross functional teams to ensure we are maximizing DoorDash value from our partner relationships, with marketing that drives our partner’s business forward and serves our audiences. This is a unique opportunity to help shape a fast-growing, global consumer brand through the lens of our partnerships. You will report into a Senior Manager on our Co-marketing team within our Ads Marketing organization.

Responsibilities

  • Own and nurture marketing relationships with some of our largest and highest profile consumer packaged goods brands
  • Build and execute full funnel co-marketing campaigns from end-to-end – everything from strategy and concept, through to production, implementation, and reporting
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance and create regular internal and partner-facing campaign performance read-outs
  • Perform weekly and monthly spend accruals, and publish budget vs. actuals - assist in spend analysis and expense pacing
  • Use a data-first approach to optimize campaigns against our goals, improve profitability, and drive results

Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Marketing either at a consumer brand, tech company or integrated agency
  • Demonstrable success establishing and achieving business goals through marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading cross functional workstreams and balancing multiple objectives and constraints
  • Strong organization skills - you can efficiently manage 5-10 campaigns and promotions at the same time
  • A strong creative mind and attention to detail
  • Data fluency - you’re able to validate impact with metrics and inform plans
