Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service team in logistics initiatives and programs.
• Manage customer orders ensuring compliance with temperature class requirements and delivery dates.
• Collaborate with Distribution and Customer Sales Team to develop supply chain efficiencies.
• Resolve invalid deductions and manage the order to cash cycle effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts through regular interaction and visits.
• Communicate Tyson Foods' policies to customers regarding brand ordering and product sourcing.
• Analyze complex data and Key Performance Indicators to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide leadership and performance management for direct reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of experience in customer collaboration, sales/marketing, supply chain, logistics, or related fields.
• Experience in the consumer packaged goods industry is preferred.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office applications; ORP experience is preferred.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage conflict, multi-task, and solve problems effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a potential for promotion.
