About the position
The Associate Manager for DashMart - Growth Strategy & Operations will play a pivotal role in scaling DoorDash's DashMart business, which focuses on delivering household essentials, groceries, and local restaurant favorites. This position involves owning strategic initiatives, defining go-to-market plans, running operational experiments, and analyzing results to drive consumer growth. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and includes people management responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Own strategic initiatives end to end for DashMart.
- Define and execute go-to-market plans.
- Run operational experiments and analyze results.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, category management, and finance teams.
- Lead a pod to build and scale the DashMart business.
Requirements
- 4-6+ years of experience in high-performance cultures (tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, or related fields).
- 1+ years of experience managing high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in SQL and Excel.
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) required.
- Ability to operate at both high-level strategy and detailed operational levels.
