About the position

The Associate Manager Designate for Warehouse Portfolio Growth Strategy at PepsiCo is a pivotal role focused on driving sales strategy and growth within the warehouse business segment. This position involves collaborating with various internal teams to develop effective portfolio programs and sales tools, while also supporting the strategic retail growth agenda. The role offers a structured onboarding program to help new hires acclimate to the fast-paced environment of PepsiCo, providing opportunities to build expertise and influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop winning partnerships with internal PepsiCo stakeholders by influencing and collaborating with multiple levels within the organization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Teams, Finance, Marketing, Insights, Commercial and Revenue Management.
  • Strategic development of effective portfolio programs in partnership with brand and commercial teams.
  • Educate sales strategy and field sales team on Pep+ by developing a training session and building sell tools for the field to leverage with customers.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for growth channels (Away from Home, Digital Commerce, Natural, Hispanic) to support new opportunities for our portfolio and programs.
  • Manage updates and accuracy of selling tools and resources for the sales organization following brand and commercial development.
  • Support content development and roll-out of JBP Milestones (Discovery, Big Bets), Brand Unity Day, and National Sales Meeting Sales Capability Resources (AMP UP and Wired to Win workshops).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5-7 years of sales or sales strategy related experience, preferably with a consumer-packaged goods company.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills.
  • Proven track record of leadership skills and business results.
