About the position

The Associate Manager, Digital Enablement at Kellanova is a hybrid role focused on enhancing digital consumer experiences across various brands. This position is integral to executing Full Funnel Marketing strategies and involves developing capabilities to engage consumers throughout their digital journey. The role requires collaboration with brand and cross-functional partners to improve website accessibility, manage digital content, and streamline promotional processes.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze site data to identify opportunities for improving brand site accessibility and ensure ADA compliance.
  • Set up and monitor new products, site promotions, and content assets to ensure proper scheduling and testing.
  • Lead the promotion process and governance to streamline brand activations and data collection, including managing bi-weekly promotions council meetings.
  • Deliver effective reports to stakeholders and educate them on available data and tool utilization.
  • Oversee asset management maintenance for all products and content management, while reviewing competitors to inform decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience with Digital Content Tools, WebEx, SEO, or Digital Promotions.
  • Knowledge of marketing technology, including Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and/or Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Demonstrated strength in digital marketing competencies.
