About the position

As the Associate Manager, Digital Enablement, you will play a crucial role in transforming Kellanova's digital experiences by leveraging a consumer-first and data-driven approach. This hybrid position in Chicago, IL, is essential for executing Full Funnel Marketing across various brands, focusing on enhancing consumer engagement throughout the digital journey. You will collaborate with brand and cross-functional partners to embed capabilities and inform the future product roadmap, particularly in areas such as website management, data collection, and digital content ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Improve Site Accessibility by analyzing site data to identify opportunities and ensure ADA compliance.
  • Setup and Monitor Content for new products, promotions, and content assets, ensuring proper scheduling and testing.
  • Streamline Promotions & Governance by leading the promotion process and managing the promotion demand tracker.
  • Report Data to Stakeholders by delivering effective reports and educating on data utilization.
  • Manage Assets & Trends by overseeing asset management and reviewing competitors to stay informed on trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Experience in Digital Content Tools, WebEx, SEO, or Digital Promotions.
  • Knowledge of marketing technology, including Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and/or Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Demonstrated strength in digital marketing competencies.
