About the position

The Associate Manager - Editorial Content, News, and Social Media at Authentic Brands Group is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive corporate social and digital media strategies to support the company's growth goals. This role involves creating engaging content across various social media platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing performance metrics to inform future strategies. The position emphasizes the importance of storytelling and community engagement while adhering to legal and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive corporate social and digital media strategies to support Authentic's growth goals
  • Identify target audiences, key messages, and content themes to drive engagement and deliver a distinctly Authentic experience
  • Work with key departments to template business-driven communications for their external audiences and stakeholders
  • Produce and adapt content across the Authentic and its CEO's social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and WeChat
  • Generate a mix of original content, user-generated and shared content in partnership with cross-functional teams
  • Oversee regionalization of content in APAC, EMEA and LATAM, collaborating with translation service providers
  • Partner with People & Culture and Talent teams on leveraging social media channels for talent recruitment and retention
  • Engage with Authentic's community online by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries
  • Conduct regular analysis of social media performance metrics, track KPIs and generate insightful reports
  • Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content
  • Monitor social media channels for industry conversations and emerging trends
  • Adhere to relevant legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to social media and digital content

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, PR, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, PR, or a related field with proven work experience in social media and/or digital marketing
  • Strong copywriting, editing, storytelling and project management skills
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines and grasp complex information
  • Experience working with translation service providers is a plus
  • Proficiency with platforms including Adobe and Microsoft suites
