The Sage Group's client, a leading food delivery service, is seeking an Associate Manager for Email Marketing to join their Retention Marketing team. This role is pivotal in supporting the growth initiatives of the US Local Markets by executing marketing campaigns across owned channels, including email, push notifications, and in-app banners. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with various teams, including Strategy & Operations, Merchant account relationship managers, Analytics, and Product teams, to ensure the effective execution of marketing strategies. In this position, the Associate Manager will be responsible for owning the CRM strategy for all consumer experiments and campaigns within the US Local Markets. This includes determining the appropriate channels and send cadence for campaigns. The role requires the creation of a strategy and framework for rapid testing in CRM channels, ensuring that the marketing efforts are both innovative and effective. The Associate Manager will manage the end-to-end development and execution of campaigns, which involves overseeing creative briefs, requesting necessary campaign assets, reviewing copy and design, and ultimately launching the campaigns. Additionally, the Associate Manager will utilize SQL to pull lists from Snowflake and upload audiences to marketing platforms. Tracking initiatives and reporting progress to the team is crucial, as is identifying next steps based on campaign learnings. The role also involves optimizing engagement metrics through A/B testing and leveraging insights from the CRM team to investigate performance inconsistencies. Establishing strong working relationships with cross-functional stakeholders is essential, as is staying current on marketing best practices in email and push notifications. The Associate Manager will share learnings and insights regularly to enhance the effectiveness of the Cx Retention team.
