About the position

The Finance Associate Manager plays a critical role in supporting the overall Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities for the fast-growing Yum! Digital & Technology business unit. This position involves partnering closely with various teams to oversee strategic pillars and ensure effective financial reporting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a robust and automated monthly reporting process.
• Own division monthly reporting, compiling, and communicating financial and business metrics to division leadership.
• Update, improve and automate the financial forecast model that governs all short and long-range planning for Yum! D&T.
• Support the establishment, tracking, and automation of Yum! Digital and Technology KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop business cases, improve governance/processes, and find ways to generate efficiencies for the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Hyperion Financial Management preferred.
• Experience in QSR, technology, or retail organization.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated success in collaborating with teams.
