About the position
The Finance Associate Manager plays a critical role in supporting the overall Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities for the fast-growing Yum! Digital & Technology business unit. This position involves close collaboration with FP&A managers and senior managers to oversee strategic pillars, as well as working with the Corporate FP&A team and the Control/accounting team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a robust and automated monthly reporting process
- Own division monthly reporting, compiling, and communicating financial and business metrics to division leadership
- Update, improve and automate the financial forecast model that governs all short and long-range planning for Yum! D&T
- Support the establishment, tracking, and automation of Yum! Digital and Technology KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop business cases, improve governance/processes, and find ways to generate efficiencies for the team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Hyperion Financial Management preferred
- Experience in QSR, technology, or retail organization
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Demonstrated success in collaborating with teams
