About the position

The Associate Manager, Global Talent Acquisition Programs at SC Johnson plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of talent acquisition within the organization. Reporting to the Manager of Global Talent Acquisition Programs, this position is designed to meet both current and future business objectives through the development and implementation of impactful talent acquisition programs and processes. As a member of the Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) Center of Excellence (CoE), the Associate Manager will serve as a mid-level project and program manager, overseeing recruiting programs at an enterprise level. This role requires a blend of business acumen, talent expertise, and operational knowledge to successfully lead projects from their original concept through to final implementation. In this role, you will strategically research, design, execute, and monitor the return on investment (ROI) of talent acquisition programs and projects. This involves scaling initiatives both locally and globally, ensuring alignment with business strategy and company values while balancing regional and global needs. You will lead change management efforts associated with project implementations, effectively communicating project status to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. This includes creating and delivering training to support the delivery of Global TA programs and processes. Collaboration is key, as you will work cross-functionally with various departments, including Communications and Legal, as well as across the HR organization. You will partner closely with Global TA leadership and TA/HR teams to drive the adoption of new systems and process changes. As a subject matter expert and system administrator for critical technology such as the applicant tracking system (ATS), you will identify and troubleshoot issues, providing timely recommendations and resolutions to stakeholders. Keeping abreast of market trends and insights will be essential, as will evaluating new system functionalities and gathering user feedback to enhance the tools used in talent acquisition. Additionally, you will support Employer Brand efforts by creating and executing email marketing campaigns and assisting with the establishment of a regional content council, all while monitoring metrics to evaluate ROI. Ensuring compliance with EEO, OFCCP, and other applicable guidelines is also a critical aspect of this role, as is managing vendor relationships and developing expertise on tools that support Global TA.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically research, design, execute and monitor/evaluate ROI of TA programs/projects/operations to scale both locally and globally in line with business strategy and company values.
  • Lead change management associated with project implementations/launches, effectively communicating project status to stakeholders throughout the project duration.
  • Work cross-functionally with Communications, Legal, and across the HR organization to drive adoption of new systems and process changes.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and system administrator of critical technology, such as the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues, providing timely recommendations and resolution options to stakeholders.
  • Keep current on market and TA trends, benchmarking external organizations.
  • Evaluate new system/technology functionality, gather feedback from users, and work with HRIS to test and deploy new features.
  • Support Employer Brand efforts through creation and execution of email marketing campaigns and assist with the lift-off of a regional content council.
  • Ensure TA processes meet compliance requirements with EEO, OFCCP, and applicable guidelines, driving efficiencies and evaluating the impact of processes on the business.
  • Manage vendor relationships and develop expertise on tools to support Global TA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or University degree in Human Resource Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of demonstrated Project Management / Change Management experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Talent Management/Human Resources.
