As the Associate Growth Marketing Manager for Unsubscribed, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth initiatives from acquisition to retention. This position is crucial for leading and executing our strategy in a rapidly expanding luxury market. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive media strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention, utilizing various channels such as PPC and email marketing. Your role will involve managing digital marketing campaigns, including budget management, A/B testing, and creative development, ensuring that all initiatives align with our overall brand strategies. In addition to campaign management, you will partner closely with the AEO CRM Center of Excellence to develop and execute retention strategies across owned marketing touchpoints. This will ensure consistent customer engagement and loyalty. You will also lead creative testing initiatives, understanding the impact of aligning creative content with target audiences to optimize marketing outcomes. Establishing clear metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of marketing efforts will be essential, as you will provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and drive better results. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work effectively with cross-functional teams, including brand and content, to align growth marketing efforts with overall strategies. Managing relationships with external agencies and vendors will also be part of your responsibilities, enhancing brand visibility on the Shopify platform.
