About the position

As the Associate Growth Marketing Manager for Unsubscribed, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth initiatives from acquisition to retention. This position is crucial for leading and executing our strategy in a rapidly expanding luxury market. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive media strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention, utilizing various channels such as PPC and email marketing. Your role will involve managing digital marketing campaigns, including budget management, A/B testing, and creative development, ensuring that all initiatives align with our overall brand strategies. In addition to campaign management, you will partner closely with the AEO CRM Center of Excellence to develop and execute retention strategies across owned marketing touchpoints. This will ensure consistent customer engagement and loyalty. You will also lead creative testing initiatives, understanding the impact of aligning creative content with target audiences to optimize marketing outcomes. Establishing clear metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of marketing efforts will be essential, as you will provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and drive better results. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work effectively with cross-functional teams, including brand and content, to align growth marketing efforts with overall strategies. Managing relationships with external agencies and vendors will also be part of your responsibilities, enhancing brand visibility on the Shopify platform. Embracing a growth mindset, you will constantly learn and iterate strategies to adapt to market dynamics and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in growth marketing, preferably within an emerging brand or startup environment.
  • Expertise in developing and executing full-funnel growth media strategies with a strong focus on customer acquisition and retention.
  • Proficiency in Shopify platform integrations and experience managing paid integrations.
  • Experience in agency leadership and management, ensuring alignment with brand goals and objectives.
  • Strong understanding of CRM strategies and retention marketing tactics to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment, demonstrating agility and a hunger for learning and achieving strong results.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clear, actionable insights and translate them into effective marketing actions.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
