About the position

The Associate Manager, Growth Marketing will play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth for the Enthusiast & Wellness brands, including Runner's World, Women's Health, and Oprah Daily. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in digital marketing and data analysis, capable of leading performance marketing campaigns and collaborating effectively across teams. The role is integral to the Consumer Revenue team and focuses on optimizing marketing strategies to align with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage in-house channels across Enthusiast & Wellness brands.
  • Be accountable for the results of performance marketing campaigns, including Paid Social, Influencer, Affiliate, and Programmatic.
  • Support creative development and testing to enhance revenue for key brand initiatives.
  • Ensure acquisition performance aligns with KPIs and strategic goals.
  • Manage day-to-day paid media campaigns against weekly and monthly spend and acquisition goals.
  • Optimize campaign results to find more efficiencies on CPA and other KPIs while consistently pushing for scale.
  • Analyze reporting and metrics, ensuring alignment for the channel and brand goals.
  • Support the development of media plans targeting core audiences and expanding testing through recommendations and channel expansion.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with editorial, product, design, paid search, and other teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.

Requirements

  • Up to two years of professional experience in digital marketing, specifically paid media.
  • Strong passion for marketing and digital content.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work as a team player across many brands.
  • Capable of collaborating with cross-functional groups.
  • Strategic thinker who can use data to drive business results.
  • Possesses a growth mindset and agility to change tasks.
  • Enthusiastic about marketing, digital, and emerging channels.
  • Resourceful, creative thinker with a positive attitude, high attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and Google Analytics.

Benefits

  • Base salary between $56,000 to $67,000 annually, dependent on skills and experience.
