About the position

The Associate Manager, Innovation - Pest Control is responsible for developing and managing an innovation pipeline that aligns with the North America Pest Control Brand's growth ambitions. This role involves translating unmet consumer needs into successful products, leading cross-functional teams, and driving new product innovations while focusing on continuous improvement and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with brand teams to develop winning consumer-led brand strategies
  • Accountable for developing and managing an innovation pipeline that aligns with brand strategy and growth targets
  • Translate unmet consumer needs into winning product concepts that satisfy category and customer requirements
  • Scope, lead, and deliver new product innovations to drive commercial business growth via cross-functional leadership
  • Develop a five-year product and marketing innovation pipeline that addresses consumer needs and enhances brand equity
  • Understand and leverage consumer and shopper insights to drive segment priorities and make strategic recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field with 5+ years of relevant work experience or advanced degree with 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Legally authorized to work in the US

Nice-to-haves

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience in developing consumer products
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Experience with and passion for portfolio and product innovation
  • Demonstrated ability to execute highly complex or specialized projects
  • Ability to remove barriers by focusing on priorities and making timely decisions
  • High sense of urgency to deliver winning results
  • Curiosity and open-mindedness in approach to situations
  • Prior experience in FMCG/CPG is preferred
