About the position

The Associate Manager, Marketing Operations & Production at Tapestry, Inc. is responsible for managing the execution of branding and packaging assets for various marketing and creative programs. This role involves overseeing project timelines, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders, and supporting the Senior Manager in executing project initiatives from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of branding and packaging assets for marketing and creative programs.
• Establish timelines and assign clear achievable milestones with stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
• Maintain project timelines and communicate project scope, timing, and tracking with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners.
• Act as gatekeeper for creative requests to ensure projects have clear direction and focus prior to initiating to the Creative team.
• Support Senior Manager on execution of all project initiatives from concept approval through to completion.
• Assist in preparation for cross-functional team meetings, providing clear agendas and meeting recaps.

Requirements

• 2+ years of project management experience; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels.
• Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines and have a strong sense of urgency.
• Experience with developing schedules and timelines for multiple projects.
• Experience using project management software such as Workfront preferred.
