About the position

The (Associate) Manager of Brand and Marketing at Vitamin World USA Corp is responsible for driving profitable sales and growth across both retail and online platforms. This role involves overseeing marketing strategies and branding efforts, ensuring strong and consistent brand messaging through various mediums. The manager will lead the brand development process, monitor market trends, and analyze competitive activities to maintain Vitamin World's competitive edge.

Responsibilities

  • Own the marketing asset production timelines and process from beginning to end.
  • Utilize enhanced and personalized marketing capabilities to grow sales via new customer acquisition online and in stores.
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns to support product launches, brand initiatives, events, sales programs/incentives, customer visits, and other projects and promotions.
  • Establish performance metrics for each campaign and measure, analyze, and report on their performance against KPIs.
  • Actualize 360-degree marketing plans inclusive of digital, creative marketing, PR, paid media, social media and trade marketing promotional plans.
  • Collaborate closely with Vendors, Retail, eCommerce, Sales, and Merchandising business leaders to create strategic, branded and differentiated merchandising solutions that are aligned to short term and long-term goals of the business.
  • Develop and execute the brand and marketing strategies for all VW related brands.
  • Analyze brand position and consumer insight.
  • Create thematic content calendar that accounts for promotions and product launches.
  • Provide direction to the Creative and Product Development teams for content to convey the product and brand story including product labels.
  • Create and manage retail store designs (including shelving, fixturing, displays and window design), advertising, and marketing to best represent the new generation of VW.
  • Analyze target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches.
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities to identify new market segments that will benefit from VW products.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Marketing experience
  • Experience managing content creation, long and short form video, and social media ensuring ADA compliant digital design
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights that inform strategy
  • Able to communicate efficiently with designers and translate the needs of stakeholders effectively
  • Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong budgeting and sprint planning skills
  • Ability to impact the financials effectively and positively
  • Experience managing marketing programs including direct mail, email and digital media as well as loyalty programs
  • Experience developing and implementing annual brand marketing plans and budgets
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication skills
  • Strong cross functional collaboration skills with both internal and external team members
