About the position

The Associate Marketing Operations Manager will play a crucial role in operationalizing cross-functional marketing campaigns within the Revenue Marketing team at Trimble Transportation. This position focuses on leveraging marketing technology, particularly Marketo, to support demand generation and revenue goals. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, demonstrating a commitment to operational excellence and measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of Marketo campaigns, emails, programs, webinars, and landing pages from concept to results tracking.
  • Troubleshoot and QA Marketing Operations campaigns, workflows, data/sync issues, and other key marketing operations functions.
  • Design, support, and execute B2B SaaS campaigns to accelerate demand and lead generation.
  • Segment and leverage the marketing database for greater campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Contribute and collaborate on marketing campaign playbooks, operational best practices, and channel tactics.
  • Participate in the launch and adoption of Marketing Technology across Trimble Transportation.
  • Remain current on Marketo and Martech best practices and tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Marketing Operations, Email Marketing, Campaign or Demand Generation role.
  • Advanced user of Marketo with technical expertise in setting up nurture campaigns and email communications.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, Pardot, and marketing channel platforms such as Uberflip, Drift, Knak, and Zoom.
  • Understanding of B2B SaaS marketing funnels and optimizing lead handoff processes.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with additional marketing automation tools beyond Marketo.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools to measure campaign performance.
