About the position

The Sales Enablement Associate Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the DoorDash for Business vertical by driving performance improvements across the sales organization. This position focuses on enhancing sales productivity, developing go-to-market strategies, and ensuring that sales teams have the necessary tools and resources to succeed. The role requires a data-driven approach and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various teams and implement enablement programs that align with the company's growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Discover and drive performance improvements across the sales organization.
  • Build and execute go-to-market playbooks.
  • Evaluate and leverage existing and new sales tools to enhance productivity.
  • Lead strategic initiatives for process redesign and resource allocation.
  • Conduct pipeline analytics to support sales efforts.
  • Implement and deliver enablement programs to improve sales team performance.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Strategy & Operations teams to align training and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a repository of sales collateral for the sales teams.
  • Create and deliver onboarding and continuous learning curriculum for sales effectiveness.
  • Identify metrics to quantify the impact of enablement programs and sales tools.
  • Coordinate and manage recurring sales enablement events.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sales enablement or enterprise sales, preferably in a high-growth B2B startup or tech environment.
  • Strong data-driven mindset to guide training programs for field sales teams.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a bias towards action and ownership mentality.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment.
  • Natural curiosity and a desire to innovate and improve processes.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to influence and motivate across various job functions.
  • Problem-solving skills to translate high-level goals into actionable plans.
