Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of experience in marketing or advertising, OR High School Diploma/GED and at least 4 years of experience in marketing or advertising.
  • Experience generating and delivering social media listening insights.
  • Experience with tools and techniques for market analysis.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations.
  • Experience with project management.
  • Experience with social media platforms.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite and Sprinklr (or similar social listening platform).

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as marketing, communications, or business administration.
  • Experience in the indirect management of team members.
  • Experience working with project/campaign budgets.
  • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience working with an agency.
  • Ability to think strategically and ensure activities deliver against core business objectives.
  • Understanding of social listening capabilities and passion for the social/digital space.
  • Ability to handle multiple workstreams and contending priorities.
