About the position

The Walmart Omnichannel Activation Associate Manager at Mondelēz International is a hybrid role focused on driving the company's ambition in online snacking through strategic partnerships with Walmart. This position is responsible for executing integrated marketing activations, optimizing digital commerce strategies, and ensuring the successful delivery of Mondelēz's brands at Walmart. The role requires collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders to enhance digital commerce capabilities and achieve growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Omnichannel business plans in partnership with Customer Business Teams and HQ category planning teams.
  • Assess key flywheel opportunities and develop projects to address them, recording learnings and best practices.
  • Drive omnichannel activations for MDLZ brands at Walmart in partnership with the Walmart CBT and headquarters brand teams.
  • Manage brief development, brainstorms, idea sell-in, and execution of marketing programs.
  • Partner with retailers to improve their digital commerce and activation capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 3-5 years of CPG experience
  • Shopper, trade or brand marketing experience preferred
  • Digital commerce and retail media experience a plus
  • Experience with Walmart Luminate a plus
  • Strong communication skills and customer focus
  • Capability/background in analytics and insights
