About the position

The Associate Marketing Manager for Baby Essential Health at Kenvue will play a crucial role in delivering global brand toolkits and executing brand strategies for Johnson's Baby. This position involves collaboration with regional teams to develop and implement effective communication and campaign strategies, ensuring alignment with the global brand vision. The role emphasizes consumer insights and market analysis to drive brand performance and requires a strong focus on collaboration and project management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver global brand toolkits that meet and advance the category prototype for priority Region/BMC.
• Develop and implement winning brand building plans through collaboration with other Regions and BMCs.
• Ensure consistent and aligned communications and content playbooks (Influencer/HCP/Shopper) consistent with SOBG principles.
• Participate in project meetings to ensure strong collaboration and alignment.
• Work closely with Regional and local BMCs to understand consumer insights and market trends.
• Perform analysis on business performance in collaboration with Finance and Consumer Insights.
• Deliver communications and campaign strategies based on consumer needs and insights.
• Bring the Kenvue Promise to life and embody Kenvue values and behaviors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in executing successful brand strategies and communications.
• Experience in a similar integrated brand leadership role within a consumer-packaged goods organization.
• Experience working in a global capacity and collaborating with regional teams.
• Evidence of leading and growing a large global brand with meaningful sales outside of the US.
