About the position

The Associate Marketing Manager for Corporate Sector and Strategic Products is responsible for managing and implementing marketing plans to drive sales of IEEE products to the corporate sector and new markets. This role involves coordinating marketing activities with various teams, including Product Management, Sales, and Creative Design, to ensure effective promotion of both existing and newly launched products. The position is critical for the growth of sales and revenue and offers a possibility of hybrid remote work arrangements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing plans and strategies to generate awareness, interest, and sales leads for new products.
  • Manage a wide range of marketing projects with internal and external teams to support product launches.
  • Create and manage innovative marketing campaigns targeting prospects, including messaging and landing pages.
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide necessary marketing support and materials.
  • Manage communication channels to deliver relevant product news via emails, blogs, newsletters, and social media.
  • Develop, implement, track, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Coordinate special events to promote products and manage attendance at conferences and tradeshows.
  • Update product websites with the latest product news and information.
  • Ensure alignment of collateral, messaging, and websites for marketing programs.
  • Monitor, review, and report on campaign results, making recommendations for improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or Technology-related discipline.
  • 4-7 years of experience in brand or product marketing, digital marketing, or demand generation, preferably in B2B or industry marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience with email marketing campaigns and marketing automation software, with a preference for Marketo.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's or other advanced degree in technology or marketing.
  • PMP Certification.
  • Experience with Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of HTML.
