About the position

PepsiCo's Energy Marketing team is seeking a creative and results-oriented Brand Experience Operations Associate Manager to lead a strategic marketing agenda for Rockstar Energy. This role focuses on driving volume, topline growth, and brand equity through effective marketing activations across various platforms including college, sports, music, and gaming. The position requires strong team dynamics, logistics optimization, and cross-functional planning to support both internal and external marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Support onsite marketing activation operations across C&U, Sports, Gaming, and Music programs.
  • Manage product order forecasts, budget, and inventory for the Energy marketing team.
  • Own relationship with DSD customer service teams and manage inventory and onsite organization of 3PL/warehouse operators.
  • Develop and manage region-wide syndicated programming, including the Rockstar Energy Collegiate Ambassador Program.
  • Support the launch of national innovation priorities through customer-specific programming and consumer engagement sampling tactics.
  • Build tailored campus plans for each university in line with National Strategy.
  • Own the development of marketing programs leveraging regional properties and assets.
  • Support Quarterly Business Plan development and planning.
  • Manage agency relationships to deliver breakthrough programs and creative that drive unique points of difference for our brands.
  • Effectively manage A&M budget, including planning, tracking, and budget reconciliation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience with consumer-packaged goods, experiential marketing, and/or event production preferred.
  • Proven expertise in managing the agency process from brief to delivery.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to influence and understand varied points of view.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills and high ability to influence within a matrixed environment.
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and high sense of urgency.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and oral).
  • Superior project management, logistics, and organizational skills.
  • Superior analytical skillset with ability to find actionable solutions for complex problems.
  • High proficiency in PowerPoint to develop visually impactful presentations.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in managing marketing activations in the college and university sector.
  • Familiarity with the student and recreation landscape.
