About the position

The Associate Marketing Manager for Enterprise Brand Marketing at PetSmart plays a crucial role in the Integrated Marketing team, focusing on consumer-centric campaigns and events that enhance business performance. This position requires a blend of retail and brand marketing skills, emphasizing strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical capabilities. The role involves leading marketing programs, managing in-store activations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective marketing initiatives that resonate with pet owners.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of enterprise marketing programs from inception through implementation, driving collaboration with cross-functional partners, tracking project process, ensuring on-time and on-budget execution
• Lead key owned initiatives from inception through implementation, developing strategy, driving execution and recapping results
• Lead in-store activations and experiences with a strong attention to detail and a high level of execution
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners in Customer Experience, Merchandising, Digital, and Store Ops to execute projects and measure results
• Manage marketing support requests from internal teams and the retail field for local marketing support
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
• 2-3 years related experience in marketing, advertising, communications, or customer experience
• Strategic retail, creative agency, or brand marketing experience is preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized, with strong project management skills and an ability to efficiently prioritize projects on varying timelines
• Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively
• Ability to synthesize data and pull insights to create recommendations
• Proficient in Microsoft software applications
• A passion for pets and people
