About the position

The Associate Marketing Manager will support the Integrated Marketing team in executing multichannel campaigns aimed at driving brand awareness, consideration, and conversion. This role involves managing operational and administrative tasks to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives, collaborating with various teams to facilitate logistics and deliverables, and optimizing campaign performance through detailed reporting and insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational and logistical tasks for campaign management and media planning.
• Collaborate with internal marketing operations stakeholders for timely execution of marketing tactics.
• Coordinate with ad operations and external vendors for tracking and quality assurance of media tactics.
• Handle budget-related tasks including purchase requests and tracking media spend.
• Review and maintain standards for marketing assets to align with campaign objectives.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency in campaign planning.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for all campaign-related logistics and vendor deliverables.
• Work with marketing analytics to report on campaign performance and provide optimization insights.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional marketing experience, preferably in media planning and buying.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Jira or Asana.
• Familiarity with media planning processes and asset creation workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and ensuring timely deliverables.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
