About the position

The Associate Marketing Manager for Shopper & E-Commerce at Cameron's Coffee will lead key marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive sales across various platforms. This role involves collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop effective shopper marketing strategies and e-commerce plans, ensuring a seamless consumer experience and engagement with the brand.

Responsibilities

  • Develop shopper marketing plans that enhance brand presence in-store and online.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create programs with retailers and prepare sell-in materials for customer presentations.
  • Manage the Shopper Marketing function, ensuring alignment among marketing, sales, retailer, and vendor teams.
  • Translate shopper marketing tactics into creative direction and work with creative teams to produce branded assets.
  • Execute plans to drive consumer trial and engagement through sampling events and programs.
  • Partner with the Marketing Director on the planning, execution, and budgeting of Shopper Marketing initiatives.
  • Report on progress against key marketing metrics.
  • Develop e-commerce strategies and plans to improve consumer experience and drive sales across multiple brands.
  • Collaborate with website agency teams to maintain effective websites and e-commerce storefronts, including digital advertising and email campaigns.
  • Ensure content quality and accuracy on product detail pages, driving best-in-class content scores.
  • Track and report progress against e-commerce key metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of consumer marketing experience, preferably in branded consumer products.
  • Experience in marketing plan development and execution, e-commerce, digital marketing, consumer promotions, project management, and business analytics.
  • Proven project management experience in a fast-paced creative environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of eCommerce fundamentals, including search, content, and UX.
  • Superior interpersonal skills to partner with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and levels.
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects with diverse teams and external partners.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines and multitask effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Some knowledge of Hispanic marketing is a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and some experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
