About the position

The Associate Marketing Manager is a key member of the Brand Marketing Team, responsible for executing business strategies for assigned core product lines. This role involves collaborating with the team to build the brand and achieve the annual operating plan's profit and volume goals. The position emphasizes strategic planning, financial analysis, and creative marketing execution to enhance product line performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the development and execution of annual product line strategies and plans.
• Understand financial reporting, product line P&L, and key financial measures to improve product line profitability.
• Manage product line budget with a high degree of accuracy.
• Analyze data and market trends to provide insights and concise recommendations to leadership.
• Track consumer panel metrics and consumer trends to influence decision making.
• Assist Marketing Manager and agency partners with the development of all national marketing programs.
• Work with the Creative Service team to optimize and create new packaging graphics.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in Digital, Social, and Omni Channel communication strategies.
• Lead key cross-functional projects to achieve business unit strategies and objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).
• Experience with Nielsen & IRI is preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree is preferred.
