About the position

The Associate Marketing Manager at Char-Broil, LLC will be responsible for managing and executing digital marketing strategies for the CURRENT Backyard brand. This role involves a hands-on approach to social media management, influencer partnerships, email/SMS campaigns, and website updates, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a small, entrepreneurial environment and is eager to experiment with new marketing tactics.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Identify and manage relationships with influencers and content creators, planning and executing campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Maintain and update the website with product launches, promotions, and content, ensuring brand messaging consistency.
  • Coordinate with agencies to execute email and SMS marketing campaigns, tracking performance and aligning strategies with product launches.
  • Engage with customers on social media, responding to comments and messages, and fostering community engagement through user-generated content.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track performance across social media, influencer partnerships, website, and email/SMS campaigns, providing insights for optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in social media and digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
  • Experience managing influencer partnerships and content creators preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with website management preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of email and SMS marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Creative problem-solver with a can-do attitude.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a small, entrepreneurial team environment.
