About the position

The Associate Manager will collaborate with the Americas Marketing Team to support integrated marketing efforts aimed at launching and sustaining multiple gaming titles. This role involves managing creative assets, budgeting, and maintaining relationships with media agencies, while also contributing to retail marketing plans and event execution.

Responsibilities

• Work with Americas Marketing Team to build integrated marketing plans that drive awareness, engagement, and purchases for our titles.
• Responsible for trafficking creative assets from internal teams to external agency, partners, and teams.
• Support teams with purchase orders, budgeting, legal, and ESRB approvals.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with media agency and internal media teams, providing timely updates, assets, and direction, and managing timelines to ensure all milestones are achieved throughout planning and execution phases.
• Contribute to the development of retail marketing plans in collaboration with the channel marketing team.
• Liaise between PR, Influencer, and Marketing teams to ideate relevant activations and campaigns.
• Contribute to event briefs and support event teams to ensure effective and on-budget execution of briefs.
• Liaise with Commercial and Insights teams to mine data and insight into consumer behaviors in each market.
• Be a true expert on our products, our consumers, our competitors, and culture.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of marketing experience working for a consumer brand, on the brand, media, and/or agency side.
• Gaming industry experience is a plus.
• Strong communicator and collaborator.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and flexible environment.
• Experience executing paid media campaigns.
• Experience executing retail marketing campaigns.
• Experience with purchase orders and budgeting.
• Highly creative and organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
• Excellent multi-tasking and self-management skills; able to take direction and constructive feedback.
• Passion for gaming.
• Self-starter, able to take ownership over tasks and carry them throughout to the end.
