The Associate Marketing Operations Specialist - Print Promotions is responsible for flawless execution in managing projects from end to end including, but not limited to, vendor driven direct marketing, mass media advertising and promotion, private label brand management, and digital promotions. This role requires proactive collaboration with merchants and other cross-functional stakeholders to secure all information, approvals, and materials for timely and accurate execution of direct mail campaigns. Additionally, the specialist will work directly with Creative Services and other departments to generate creative briefs, conduct meetings and presentations, traffic elements, and distribute results reports. Ensuring that all elements of projects are properly routed to key stakeholders for review is crucial, as is validating marketing pieces to ensure that updates have been properly made and that promotional information aligns with underlying transactional data. The specialist will also provide guidance to the creative and production staff, helping ensure that the Creative and Production teams are working with proper project direction, deadlines, and requirements. Furthermore, assisting in the development and execution of marketing communication projects as outlined in the annual marketing plan is a key responsibility.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1+ years of work experience, preferably within marketing.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems, particularly data management systems and Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and flexibility with change.
  • Strong collaborative skills and ability to work as a team player.
