About the position

The Associate Marketing Program Manager at AppDirect is responsible for enhancing the primary provider annual sponsorship program by executing integrated marketing strategies across various channels. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects. The position involves collaboration across teams to align business objectives with measurable outcomes, making it essential for the candidate to be an analytical problem-solver and effective communicator.

Responsibilities

  • Assist marketing program lead by driving timelines and processes to deliver marketing programs on-time.
  • Support the planning and facilitation of tier 1, tier 2, and tier 3 sponsorship packages.
  • Develop methods, techniques, and criteria for achieving objectives independently.
  • Distill complex situations into simple analyses for executive decision-making.
  • Provide operational and executive status reporting, sharing best practices across division marketing teams.
  • Develop post-analysis for marketing programs.
  • Track sponsorship commitments, sales, and collections.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in executing and measuring marketing programs for a cloud-based company.
  • 2+ years in proven project management with expertise in managing fast-changing schedules and multiple projects.
  • Great communicator with the ability to collaborate closely with stakeholders and adapt priorities according to feedback.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to move fast and solve problems.
  • Experience with Hubspot or another CRM system preferred.
