About the position

The Associate Manager of Omni-Channel Marketing at Post Consumer Brands is responsible for building and executing data-driven marketing programs aimed at increasing brand consideration and conversion at select retailers. This role involves strategic partnerships and collaboration with sales and retailers to plan and execute effective marketing campaigns. The position requires a strong understanding of retailer marketing programs, shopper marketing, and retail media, along with the ability to analyze data and drive results in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute shopper marketing and digital media campaigns across various retail channels for grocery and pet brands.
  • Manage retail media and marketing budgets for a diverse range of retailers, including Grocery, Dollar Channel, and Pet Specialty retailers.
  • Lead evaluations of retail media and marketing capabilities, providing recommendations for future spending.
  • Outline measurement goals for marketing spend across retail partners and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Assess media performance based on key metrics and communicate the impact of programs to the broader organization.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze marketing programs to improve understanding of tactic effectiveness and identify opportunities for increased impact.
  • Support the creative process for retail marketing campaigns, including initial requests, feedback, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand and retailer priorities with marketing strategies.
  • Partner with agencies to define and deliver on campaign KPIs, monitoring program performance closely.
  • Educate partners on the evolving landscape of digital and retail media.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience within the CPG or Retail space.
  • Experience in retail media planning and/or strategy is preferred.
  • Ecommerce experience is preferred.
  • Digital experience on agency or client side is required.
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking ability.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in multiple digital media channels, including search, programmatic, and social media.
