About the position

The Associate Manager, Omnichannel Marketing at Post Consumer Brands is responsible for building and executing data-driven marketing programs aimed at increasing brand consideration and conversion at select retailers. This role involves strategic partnership and collaboration with sales and retailers to plan and execute effective marketing campaigns. The position requires a strong understanding of retailer marketing programs, shopper marketing, and retail media, along with the ability to analyze data and drive results in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute shopper marketing and digital media campaigns across various retail channels for grocery and pet brands.
  • Manage retail media and marketing budgets for a diverse range of retailers, including grocery, dollar channel, and pet specialty retailers.
  • Evaluate retail media and marketing capabilities and provide recommendations for future spending.
  • Set measurement goals for marketing expenditures across retail partners and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Assess media performance using key metrics such as ROAS and iROAS, and communicate the impact of programs to the organization.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze marketing programs to improve understanding of effectiveness and identify opportunities for increased impact.
  • Develop creative strategies and execute paid media campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Support the creative process for retail marketing campaigns, including requests, feedback, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Brand, Creative, and Finance to align marketing strategies with brand and retailer priorities.
  • Educate partners on the evolving landscape of digital and retail media.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience in the CPG or Retail space.
  • Experience in retail media planning and/or strategy is preferred.
  • Ecommerce experience is preferred.
  • Digital marketing experience on agency or client side is required.
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking ability.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with multiple digital media channels, including search, programmatic, and social media.
