The Associate Multimedia Journalist is responsible for producing, reporting, shooting, writing, voicing, editing, and feeding news production content across all platforms. The journalist will work under general supervision, ensuring that the content effectively combines text, images, sound, video, and graphics to engage news consumers. The position is based in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, and operates on a regular full-time schedule, typically from Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with some after-hours work expected. The journalist may also be required to work non-typical schedules, including weekends and special events, and may face inclement weather conditions while on the job.
