About the position

The Associate Network Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the proper performance of the enterprise messaging system to meet customer needs. This role involves monitoring, analyzing, and troubleshooting the health of infrastructure and services within an operations center using various management and monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze the daily status of the health of infrastructure and services.
• Troubleshoot issues related to the enterprise messaging system.
• Utilize management and monitoring tools to ensure system performance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of network monitoring experience.
• Familiarity with monitoring protocols/methods such as SNMP, NetFlow, and Syslog.
• Experience writing scripts to automate tasks using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) or WebLogic.
• Experience using Linux command line administration.
