About The Position
The Associate Nurse Manager (ANM) for the Inpatient Unit at Upper Valley Medical Center is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care and supporting the Nurse Manager in executing the nursing vision. This role emphasizes leadership in nursing practice, employee engagement, and quality outcomes, while fostering an inclusive environment. The ANM will supervise nursing staff, manage human resources, and drive performance improvement initiatives within the Intensive Care Unit.
