About The Position
As an Associate Operations Coordinator at Kelly, you will play a crucial role in supporting the logistics operations of a premier global logistics company located in Eden Prairie, MN. This position is designed for individuals who are eager to grow, learn, and evolve in their careers. You will be working on the 2nd shift from 4 PM to 12 AM, including weekends, which provides a unique opportunity to engage with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The pay rate for this position is $19.50 per hour, and you will receive weekly paychecks, ensuring financial stability as you embark on this new role. In your daily responsibilities, you will be tasked with providing shipment information, creating orders, and activating shipments. You will also be responsible for building shipment loads, assigning loads, and scheduling appointments, which are essential functions in maintaining the flow of logistics operations. Tracking and tracing shipments, entering events, and invoicing will be part of your routine, as well as monitoring task boards and responding to customer and carrier requests. Accuracy is paramount, and you will ensure that load data in systems adheres to company standards, contributing to the overall efficiency of the logistics process. This position is ideal for candidates who possess a high school diploma or GED and have the ability to work evenings and weekends. Previous customer service experience, particularly in a call center or similar environment, is highly valued. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, are essential for success in this role. Additionally, demonstrated skills in communication, prioritization, and time management will be critical as you navigate the demands of the position.
