About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Operations Processor to support the Consumer and Small Business Banking Operation. This role involves performing routine operations tasks, including receiving and distributing work, filing, and answering phones, while working under close supervision and following established procedures.

Requirements

• 6+ months of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice To Haves

• 6+ months cash handling or vault experience
• 10-key numerical data entry experience
• Ability to achieve high production and quality standards
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
• Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment, under limited supervision
• Experience working in a fast paced, demanding, and deadline driven environment
• Solid problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Perform general operations tasks that are mostly routine in nature
• Receive, log, batch, and distribute work
• File, photocopy, and answer phones
• Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
• Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced team members
