About the position
Bowman and Brooke LLP is seeking an Associate or Senior Counsel Attorney with civil litigation experience, particularly in product liability, to join their Los Angeles or Orange County office. This hybrid position offers significant responsibility and immediate involvement in litigation matters, providing an opportunity to grow within a nationally recognized trial firm specializing in defense litigation for corporate clients.
Responsibilities
- Handle civil litigation cases, focusing on product liability.
- Participate in large scale motions and trials.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients on litigation strategies.
- Engage in business development and marketing efforts to support practice growth.
Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Current California Bar admission.
- 3-7 years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense or product liability.
- Experience with large scale motions and trial proceedings.
- Strong understanding of current state and federal procedures.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Trial experience is preferred.
- Experience in business development and marketing within the legal field.
