About the position

The Associate Media Manager is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of omni-channel marketing campaigns at Home Depot. This role focuses on managing addressable channel components, ensuring alignment with marketing goals, and optimizing campaign performance. The position involves collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to implement strategies and report on campaign effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Manage components of addressable channel campaigns, implementing larger strategy into each plan, including bidding, targeting, and ad creation.
  • Support omni-channel planning, buying, activating, and reporting for all programs and campaigns, ensuring strategy implementation.
  • Build relationships and handle communications with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring best practices are utilized and shared.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing and implementing large omni-channel digital programs and budgets at an agency or large retailer.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing technicalities such as website analytics, audiences, data feeds, and tracking codes.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience with retail websites and analytics.
  • Experience with large established digital properties such as Google, YouTube, Bing, Yahoo, and Facebook; experience with newer properties like Pinterest and TikTok is a plus.
  • Strong presentation and writing skills.
