About the position

The Associate PR Manager at Bethesda Softworks is a key role within the Global PR Team, responsible for creating and executing strategic public relations campaigns that promote Bethesda's studios, franchises, and titles. This position requires a proactive and creative thinker who can manage global PR initiatives, collaborate with various teams, and drive project management efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public relations within the video game industry, excellent writing skills, and a passion for gaming.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the PR team to create and execute strategic PR campaigns for Bethesda studios and titles.
• Write and edit press releases, interviews, fact sheets, and other PR materials.
• Coordinate global communications efforts with international teams.
• Collaborate with PR managers and Content Creator Managers for media and influencer outreach.
• Help plan and participate in trade shows, sales & marketing presentations, and press tours.
• Work with internal community, content, and brand teams to develop integrated player-facing communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 3-5 years' experience in public relations and/or marketing for a video game developer or publisher.
