Responsibilities

• Achieve financial goals related to the practice budget.
• Foster a collaborative work environment that values accountability and engagement among staff.
• Review work processes regularly to ensure efficiency and implement best practices.
• Serve as a liaison to specialists, external stakeholders, and other providers.
• Develop positive relationships with building owners and other personnel for facility management.
• Support leadership in developing clinical and operational programs with affiliates.
• Participate in strategic planning and budget implementation for the practice.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience, with prior management experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
